Why Young Living?
What’s so great about Young Living anyway? We are very diligent about our protection of earth and its citizens. We hold the highest standards for our essential oil production process, bringing the world the finest products available. From the seed of the plant to the seal on the bottle, our high standards are integral with who we are.
Seed To Seal Pillars
Sourcing
Young Living is unmatched by its competitors in quality. They will only produce products free from synthetics, contaminants, or cheap fillers, and will only use unethical production practices. Young Living sources products from carefully vetted corporate-owned farms, partner farms, and Seed to Seal-certified suppliers and tests them extensively both on-site and using third party testing facilities. After exhaustive testing, if a product doesn’t meet their standards, the whole batch will be rejected or they will not purchase it.
Science
Above all else, science is at the foundation of Young Living as a company. Their trained scientific staff, utilizes innovative methods to ensure the quality of all Young Living products and when developing new ones. Extensive testing is conducted in state-of-the-art labs using some of the most advanced scientific equipment available.
Standards
Part of our stewardship is to do business responsibly—from sustainably sourcing plants, to uplifting local communities, and to complying with environmental and other laws. Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer Matthew French oversees the Global Compliance Program, helping to ensure that Young Living offers pure product that you can feel confident is contributing to the greater good.
