But…with the right support, accountability, and encouragement you can learn the skills and strategies you’ve been missing, apply them consistently, so you can blossom and thrive in school, your career and beyond! It doesn’t have to be hard. You just need someone to guide you on your journey.
What To Expect
Strategy Call
Step #1 is to hop on a Strategy Call to discuss your specific needs. Together we will focus on what stopped you from reaching your goals in the past so we can work together to move forward toward your success.
Make A Plan
Together we will design a plan based on your specific needs. This plan will be comprised of specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based goals. Then we will determine which research-based programs and interventions pertain to each area of challenge.
Sessions
All sessions will be held virtually using the ZOOM platform. Each session is private and will be focused on your current needs. When possible we will use nightly homework assignments as the material to work from so you get your work done while learning the skills you need. Each week we will work toward these goals learning new strategies and practicing what you’ve already learned to ensure it becomes part of your new routine and habits. It’s a win, win!
